Sarah has the ability to put people at ease, establish trust and build a safe environment to have tough conversations about what needs to happen to be able to move forward. This process provides a comprehensive profile of the team's current reality from the inside out. It enables the team to gain powerful insight and awareness of existing team strengths and challenges. Sarah offers custom-designed team coaching workshops and leadership development programs that focus on helping leaders and their teams create excellence.
Sarah coaches in a variety of sectors, including high-tech, healthcare, media, environmental engineering, and not-for-profit. Outside the corporate arena, Sarah also works with individuals seeking to make changes in their careers and personal lives.
In 2007, Sarah and her client Ovarian Cancer Canada won the Prism Award. This award is given by the International Coach Federation to organizations that have achieved excellence through leadership coaching.
Sarah received her coach training from the Adler School of Professional Coaching. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, an advanced Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach and an authorized Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment Tool.
