Sarah brings over twenty years of expertise in hiring and building high performing teams here in Canada and abroad. She has extensive experience in building the infrastructure and programs necessary to support organizations through the various stages of growth and change. Her particular gift is in supporting individuals and organizations through times of significant transition. Sarah has the ability to put people at ease, establish trust and build a safe environment to have tough conversations about what needs to happen to be able to move forward. Blending curiosity, creativity, a sense of fun as well as a passion for achieving results, she is able to help clients explore new possibilities to get to where they want to go on their own terms.

Sarah uses the Team Diagnostic Assessment process – a leading edge methodology – with leaders and their teams. This process provides a comprehensive profile of the team's current reality from the inside out. It enables the team to gain powerful insight and awareness of existing team strengths and challenges. Sarah offers custom-designed team coaching workshops and leadership development programs that focus on helping leaders and their teams create excellence.

Sarah coaches in a variety of sectors, including high-tech, healthcare, media, environmental engineering, and not-for-profit. Outside the corporate arena, Sarah also works with individuals seeking to make changes in their careers and personal lives.

Sarah and her client Ovarian Cancer Canada are recipients of the International Coach Federation's - Prism Award. This award is given to organizations that have achieved excellence through leadership coaching.

Sarah received her coach training from the Adler School of Professional Coaching. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, an advanced Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach and an authorized Facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment Tool.

Joanne McLean

Soulzatwork Team and Executive Leadership Coach

Joanne helps leaders "get real", access their authentic leadership capacity and lead their lives and businesses in ways that produce fulfilling, sustainable results, on their own terms. Her mission is to be a catalyst for leaders and teams, so they can leverage their natural strengths, in service of inspiring people, while transforming organizations.

Prior to launching Soulzatwork, Joanne’s 20+ year career took her into senior roles in global corporations (in the high tech and pharmaceutical sectors) in employee health management, strategic business development, marketing communications and human resources including leadership development, succession planning and executive coaching. Joanne understands that leaders must act fast, work with integrity and get results. She is a strategic thinker and her clients can count on her to ensure that the business context is front and centre as they develop their team. She designs and delivers custom solutions focused on creating team success based on collaboration, while capitalizing on the diversity in the team. She currently works with leaders and teams in the corporate and not for profit sectors.

Joanne received her coach training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coach Federation. She is an advanced Organization and Relationships Systems Coach, Authorized Facilitator in Team Diagnostic Assessment Tool, Certified Solutions Provider for OneSmartWorld and a certified coach for Learning in Action Emotional Intelligence assessment.

Joanne is on faculty with The Banff Centre, Leadership Development.

She is a recipient of the International Coach Federation Prism Award for Creating Organizational Excellence through Leadership Coaching.
